Plan to attend the NCHPBA-CATE Annual Conference this year, May 21-23, 2018 at Three Bears Resort in Warrens, Wisconsin. There are new fun options for Monday and a great line up of speakers for Tuesday and Wednesday. Considering the name of the resort, the Planning Committee named our event, “Come and get Smarter than the Average Bears”. Check out the brochure. Registration is through the office this year. Plans are well underway for the 2018 NCHPBA-CATE Annual Meeting & Education Conference. It will be held this year at the Three Bears Resort in Warrens, Wisconsin. Monday is our new “funday” and daytime options include Golf; Skeet Shooting; and Bear Bogging. Evening festivities include volleyball, paddleboats, Corn Hole games and the usual food and refreshments. Exhibits will once again be on hand with indoor and outdoor displays.
The education program is being finalized and will include great topics to enhance your knowledge and make you better at what you do! Owners, managers, staff can all benefit. Stay tuned.

This is your new Forum. It is for the NCHPBA Board of Directors, Committees and staff to tell you what is going on as well as a place to hear from you about your needs. We will be posting photos from members on the products they are selling as well as photos on where people have recently traveled and would like to share these with their colleagues.
One area will cite the latest about what is going on in the housing industry (House Reports) while others will cite government issues and alerts as well as upcoming events that will provide great education and great opportunities to network and grow your business.
The key is that this is YOUR association. You elect people to make decisions on your behalf but we need to hear from you to make sure we are headed in the right direction.
